Matrix used its teams in China and Hong Kong to meet and audit factories, ensuring the broadcaster’s social and ethical guidelines were always met. Corrective plans were also put in place to improve and support other factories, with Matrix taking a proactive approach to improving standards and eliminating risk to the BBC.
