Our UK and Asia teams collaborated to source top-quality raw materials. Samples were ready in less than four weeks from the initial brief.
The airline and skincare brands were all delighted with the results. Aromatherapy Associates won the tender with British Airways and launched the new kits to universal acclaim. Within the kit is a marketing leaflet driving customers directly to the brand’s website, generating full-margin sales.
Matrix also won the tender to supply the amenity bag and all ancillary items including eye mask, socks, First-branded pen and hairbrush. The resulting kit provides the passenger with the perfect in-flight gift to ensure they arrive at their destination refreshed.
The kits are still on board more than two years later, while Aromatherapy Associates and Refinery have both seen sales surge as a result of the marketing collaboration.
